ADDITIONAL FEES & SERVICES
- Additional Time during Session
- Photography - $200/hr (additional photos not included)
- Videography - $300/hr (additional content creation not included)
- Rush Delivery - *video flat rate is by finished minute of video
- 24 hours - $40/image or $250 flat rate for video
- 48 hours - $30/image or $200 flat rate for video
- 72 hours - $20/image or $150 flat rate for video
- 7 days - $10/image or $100 flat rate for video

FAQs & Policies
- Scheduling - Contact via website or DM to discuss bookings
- A 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to book
- Your session is not fully booked until deposit is received (50% of session)
- Cancellations - Cancellations must be done prior to 72 hours before session
- Cancellations prior to 72 hours will have deposit applied to future session
- Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit is required for future session
- Outdoor sessions cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled with no additional fees or the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation based on weather is at the discretion of JTW Productions, not the client.
- Late Arrivals - Without agreement from JTW Productions, your session time begins at the agreed upon time.
- Any arrival after 30 minutes without a good faith effort to contact JTW Productions will result in a cancellation and forfeit of deposit.
- Travel/Location Costs - Sessions with multiple locations or outside of Kansas City metro must be discussed prior to book and may result in additional travel expenses.
